Real wood floors, engineered and solid oak
Engineered and solid oak in wide planks, herringbone and chevron, in natural, oiled and lacquered finishes. A real wood floor can be sanded and refinished for decades rather than replaced.
Natural timber, made to last
Nothing else feels quite like a real wood floor. Every board has its own grain and character, and it only gets better with age, bringing warmth to living rooms, dining rooms and hallways.
Engineered wood has a real oak top layer on a stable core, so it copes better with changes in temperature and suits more rooms, including many with underfloor heating. Solid wood is oak all the way through and can be sanded back many times over its life.

Engineered or solid wood: which should I choose?
Engineered wood is more stable and suits more rooms, including many with underfloor heating. Solid wood can be sanded back more times over its life. We'll help you choose what suits your home.
Can real wood go on underfloor heating?
Many engineered wood floors are suitable for underfloor heating. We'll check the right range for your system when we measure.
Can a wood floor be refinished?
Yes. Real wood can be sanded and refinished to take out wear and marks, which is why a good wood floor can last for decades.
