What we collect

When you book a free measure using the form on our website, we collect:

• your name, telephone number and email address
• your house number or name, street and postcode
• the type of flooring you're interested in

If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us in the same way.

We don't ask for payment details, and please don't include sensitive information in the form.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to contact you, arrange your free measure and prepare your quotation. We process them because you've asked us to take these steps before you decide whether to order (the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract) and in our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

We don't sell your details.

Who else handles it

We and our partners provide the services that run this website: delivering the booking form to our inbox, storing the emails we receive, hosting the site, supplying its typefaces and counting visits and page speed without cookies. In doing so, they may receive your details or technical information such as your IP address.

Our partners only handle your information to provide these services to us. Some may process it outside the UK; where they do, it's protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. Links to other websites, such as maps, reviews and social media, take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

This website doesn't use cookies to track you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, including any legal, accounting or record-keeping requirements, and then delete them securely.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• correct anything that's wrong or incomplete
• delete your information
• restrict or stop using it, or object to how we use it
• send it to you or another organisation in a portable format
